Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

In this role you will...

• Embed yourself into the client workflow to identify problems and oportunites
• Build the team of forward deployed engineers
• Develop solutions using Rebolt to automate phone calls, email, and messaging systems
• Lead technical implementations and ensure smooth integration with customer systems and data sources
• Build custom integrations connecting our platform to freight management systems, CRMs, and databases
• Provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing optimization
• Collaborate with engineering to feed customer insights back into product development

• Have engineering background with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• You’re proficient in Python and Typescript
• Have experience with APIs & integrations including REST, GraphQL, OAuth, and JWT
• Can translate complex technical concepts into clear language for customers and stakeholders
