We're looking for exceptional people to join our engineering team as Forward Deployed Engineers. This is not your typical new grad role - we’re hiring cracked engineers eager to shape the future of agentic AI systems

What you'll do

Build enterprise-grade AI agents from the ground up
⁠Work closely with our CTO, Sashank, who brings experience from building speech and language models at Apple’s AI/ML org
Talk to customers, understand their flows, and translate those into robust agentic solutions
Implement cutting-edge AI capabilities in production
Collaborate with a small, elite team of engineers from Google X, Microsoft, Apple, Meta, …

Who You Are

Recent graduate with a CS/related degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong foundation in software engineering principles
Passionate about AI, ML, and building intelligent systems
Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguity
Experience with Python, modern web frameworks, and cloud infrastructure
Bonus: Prior work with LLMs, ML frameworks, or agent architectures

At FurtherAI, we are building a workforce of AI Teammates to automate insurance workflows. These AI Teammates can practically automate any insurance workflow involving processing unstructured documents, data entry into internal systems or web portals, or even making phone calls.
