The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to help build the systems behind the company's next generation of AI-driven products.

You will work closely with engineers, machine learning researchers, and data scientists to translate sophisticated models and healthcare data into scalable, production-ready software relied upon daily by customers. What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs

• Develop integrations with healthcare and financial systems

• Build reliable, observable data ingestion and processing pipelines

• Partner with ML engineers to productionize AI-powered features

• Design high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems

• Collaborate across engineering, product, and data science teams to deliver customer-facing solutions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code

• Passion for designing scalable backend systems

• Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments

• Curiosity and pragmatism in solving difficult technical problems

• Background in data-intensive applications or distributed systems

Bonus Points:

• Experience building production-ready machine learning products

• Familiarity with large-scale data pipelines

• Experience with high-volume APIs

• Background working with healthcare data or in regulated environments
