ClaimSorted (YC S24) is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deliver systems that power fast, reliable onboarding for insurers – helping clients go live quickly and delighting them from day one

Responsibilities

\- Engage directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives

\- Build and maintain systems that support critical customer operations and fast, reliable onboarding

\- Deliver accurate reporting and critical insights for customers and internal teams

\- Lead initiatives to improve the platform based on customer insights

Stack: NextJS, NodeJs, GCP, Postgres, Terraform

Requirements

\- Strong full-stack engineering experience

\- Excellent communication skills and comfortable being customer-facing

\- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
