Blank Bio is an applied AI research lab focused on improving clinical trial success rates. The company trains RNA foundation models to learn patterns that shape disease progression and patient response to treatment, with the goal of helping pharmaceutical companies make more informed decisions by capturing the biology unique to each patient’s tumor. The team is composed of AI scientists and engineers with backgrounds at companies including Recursion, Deep Genomics, DeepMind, and Amazon, as well as institutions such as Memorial Sloan Kettering.
